The Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, the enchanting world in which the adoration and promotion of Gastronomy flourish and are stimulated in a simple, convivial setting.

Our events always take place in an atmosphere of friendship and good humour, but beyond this relaxed ambiance and cordial mood which hold sway at our meals, we must remain alert to always being loyal ambassadors of good taste and resolute, staunch defenders of true gastronomy.

This passionate responsibility forms the cornerstone of our Confrérie, the philosophy of our involvement and the essential justification of our Chaîne membership.

Let’s exert our influence on the ‘art of the table’ and the culture of gastronomy in all their forms.
